former council. Board meetings
have been considered "open" for

Explorers meet
Expedition 6 was held Tuesday,
November 26 after school.
The members opened the meet-
ing by saying Explorer purpose
and singing the Explorer song.
Rhonda Howatt and Kimberly Lee
said the Explorer Emblem, Pamela
Salverda said, "Follow Me."
For roll call members said their
favorite day of the year. The story
was called "A Christmas Story". A
Santa Claus gumdrop treat was
served and the members were told
to try and find out how some
Christmas traditions began.
At the December 10 meeting the
Explorers made candy cane horses
for their craft. They closed the
expedition with "This is My
Father's World."
