Not everybody is unhappy when the new Blyth dog catcher takes a
dog in for running at large. A Wingham couple was delighted to pay the
$25 fine and pound fee to dog catcher Joe Mahon last week to get their
purebred dalmation back.
The animal had been missing for a week before it tried to have
breakfast at the Triple K Restaurant one day last week and was
collared, so to speak.
