GRIFFITHS-DICKSON
Moorefield United Church was the setting on July 20 for the
marriage of Karen Louise Dickson and David John Griffiths. Rev. J. D.
Martin and Father Stanley Saltysik officiated. The bride is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Dickson of Moorefield. The
bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Griffiths of Dorval, Quebec.
Dianne Crossley, sister of the bride, was matron of honour.
Bridesmaids were Patricia Berfelz and Christine Nichols, friends of
the bride and Faye Peel, cousin of the groom. Lisa Griffiths, niece of
the groom was flowergirl.
Edward Griffiths, brother of the groom was best man. Ushers were
Allan and Murray Dickson, brothers of the bride and Paul Griffiths,
brother of the groom. Michael Crossley, nephew of the bride was
ringbearer.
A dinner and reception was held at the Maryborough Community
Centre. Following a honeymoon trip in Quebec the couple are residing
in the Brussels community.
