ivy, Mrs. Elsie Beuermann, sis-

the Canadian institute. for the
Blind, and it was decided to
pack a bale in November for
the Unitarian Service.
Honorary waitresses were
Misses Rose and Grace Siernon,
Marilyn Rode and Ina Spiece.
For travelling to the West
Coast the bride changed to a
chocolate brown wool sheath,
matching shortie borg, rose-de-
paris accessories and white rose
corsage.
They will reside on the groom's
farm near Exeter.

Cousins of the bride, Rev.
John Malley, Rochester, N.Y.,
and Rev. Eugene Malley, of To-
ronto, officiated Saturday at the
marriage of Carolyn Anne Spell-
man, of Kitchener, and Mr.
Donald Edwin Fedy, Waterloo, at
St. Anne's Roman Catholic
Church.
The bride is the daughter of Dr.
And Mrs. Joseph Alexis Spellman,
Kitchener. The bridegroom's
parents are Mr. and. 'Mrs. Ralph
Edwin Fedy, Waterloo.
Many Dashwood and Hensall
relatives and friends were in at-
tendance.
The altar was banked with
white chrysanthemums and fern
for the ceremony. Organist was
Mrs. Harry Voll and soloist 'was
Mr. T. Harry Hoffman, of Dash-
wood, an uncle of the bride. The
Glee Club of St. Mary's •High
geho01, where the bride ' is a
teacher, sang, under the direc-
tion of Sister M. Evangda.
A peau de faille formal gown
was chosen by the bride, styled:
with scoop neckline, bordered
with braided Guipure lace and
ilily point sleeves. Lace appliqued
' petals enhanced the pleated folds
which formed a chapel train, and
'her bouffant skirt was decorated •
with side garlands' of Guipure
lace.
