Brother Officiates At Centralia Double Rites
A double wedding was solem-
nized in Christ the. King chapel,
RCAF Station, Centralia, on Sat-
urday, September 27 at 11 a.m.
A unique feature of the cere-
mony was that each bride served
as maid of honor for the other.
Bev. Edward Lunney offici-
ated' and Mrs. L. Howard of the
Station played the wedding mu-
sic and accompanied the soloist,
Miss Fleurette Allaert..
A reception was held for both
brides in the, Airmen's Lounge,
which was followed by a buffet
luncheon for p0 guests.

tralia as bridesmaid in shrimp
colored organza. over net and
matching feather headdress.

shrimp colored ribben.
John Lunney, Pakenhant, was
best man for his brother and
John Trempe wa, usher.
Miss Dickinson's parents were
unable to attend the wedding.
The groom's mother received
guests in a two-piece. charcoal,
dress with black and white ac-
cessories.
For motoring in the United
States the bride changed to a
pearl grey suit, red accessories
and white rose corsage.
They will reside in Centralia.

Miss Donna Sharpe, Clinton.
They wore identically styled
gowns of blue brocaded taffeta
featuring high necklines and fit-
ted bodices trimmed with pleat-
ed taffeta sashes from which
.fell streamers to the heti of the
skirt. They carried white chry-
santhemums.
Miss Theresa Doyle, niece of
the groom, was 'flower girl wear-
ing a pink nylon dress. Jimmy
McCann, R.R. 3, Dashwood, ne-
phew of the groom, was 'ring -
bearer.
