Accident an Poultry Form Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Moon met with a mishap and suffered severe injuries on Wednesday while working in the chicken house on their large poultry farm on the outskirts of Credi, ton. While ascending to the third floor by elevator, with bags of feed, a universal joint in the winch gave way and they were dropped several feet to the ground floor. They were taken to South Huron Hospital where they both underwent surgery. Mrs. Moon suffered, A badly fractured heel, but was able to return to her home on Friday, Mr, Moon had both heels frac- tured and is still confined to hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Moon recently moved to Crediton front Wat- ford after purchasing the poul- try farm from Mr. Lorne Hodge. Crediton W.I. Agriculture and Canadian In- dustries was the theme of Credi- ton Women's Institute meeting held in the Community Centre last Wednesday. Roll Call was answered with gardening hints.
