eharme, 85, died Saturday •night
at his home after sufferms,
from ill -health for a number ,ot
months,
Born in Drysdale, • formerly
know as the French settlement
in Huron, county,. on May 16,
1872, Mr. Ducharme was the son
ot Air. and Airs. Eli Duebarme.
Following his marriage to Ce.
Una LaPorte in Drysdale in 1891.
Mr. and. Mrs. Ducliarme farmed
in Huron county for 14 years.
On his being hired. by the Grand -
Trunk railway (now•tiewirCariand
MrsNational Railways)
Mrs., Dueharme moved to Strat-
ford in 1905.
They celebrated their golden
and diamond wedding anniver-
saries. Almost two weeks ago
MrS. Ducharme died at her borne,
March 31.
Surviving are 13 children, 38

The body rested at the Ging-
ras funeral home until 9 a.m.
Tuesday when requiem mass

For Adults
Adults in Ontario will be offer-
ed the opportunity to receive a
tuberculin test free of charge,
commencing in April, it has
been announced by Health
Min-
itcr Mackinnon Phillips,
Dr, Phillips said the test, to
be given in conjunction with
regular Ontario Department. of
Health x-ray surveys, would get
under way on a limited basis
during the April chest surveys
of Northumberland County. At
that time the test will be avail.
able lo adults in Cobourg and
surrounding distriti.

given this test on a wide scale
for years. the Health Minister
