1. that •the Reeve may borrow
from time to time Subject to•the

credit of the Corporation or the
said muncipality, such aum not
exceeding the whole $200,030.00,
as may be determined. by the
Council, and may in (banner
hereinafter previded issue de-
bentures of the said Corporation
