attend the RCAF Staff College,
Toronto, in 1947. Graduated in
1948, he moved to Air Force
Headquarters where ...he served
with the Director of Air Plans
(Peace).
In January, 1951, he was trans-
ferred to RCAF Station • Green-
wood, N,S., tobe officer cam-
ttending No. 405 Maritime
Squadron, and following his pro-
motion to the rank of Group Cap-
tain in September, 1951, was
appointed commanding officer of
RCAF Station, Summerside,
P.E,T.
G/C Kenyon was named Air
Attache, Prague, Czechoslovakia,
in 1954.

Women's Institute Mooting
Mrs. Allan liveleigh was hos-
tess for the June meeting of the
Women's Institute held Thurs-
day evening, June 27, Mrs. Ross
Francis, president, was welcom-
ed back to the chair after ab-
sence by sickness.
The roll call was answered by

majority of those present wished
there were less crime stories,
better music and stories without
drinking alcoholics. etc.
During the business plans were
made for ,the bus trip to Kit-
chener on the regular day of
meeting in July. Mrs. Ferric
Humphreys and Mrs. Clarence
Switzer are the committee in
charge. The lucky ticket for, the
plate donated by Mrs. Clarence
Switzer was won by Mrs. Ross
Francis. Miss Rosemary Dobson
demonstrated the making of wood
fibre flowers, carnations, pansies
and roses. Then each were
drawn for. 'rhe winners were
