Bing Cherry Salad
While the black 'cherries are
in season let its make a salad
using them. Here's the recipe;
2 cups ripe Bing cherries
pitted
13/4 cups cherry juice and water
1 pkg. cherry flavored gelatine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
A cup cashew -nuts
14 cup sliced olives
Add water to juice from cher-
ries to, make 13/ c. Heat, pour,
over gelatine and still until dis-
solved; add lemon juice. Chill
unftil partially set. Add the re-
maining ingredients. Chill in in-
dividual molds or ht shallow dish.
Unmould it on lettuce -lined salad
plates.
