Mr.Edward Sweitzer, 70, pass-
ed away on Saturday in South
Huron Hospital where he had
been admitted the previous Mon-
day following a heart seizure.
Born near Crediton, bis entire
life was spent in this' community,
Lia farmed for many years east
of Crediton, retired and moved.
into the village two years ago.
He was fond of flowers and whit-
tling was a hobby.
Surviving are one son, Aaron'
of Exeter, and a daughter, Mrs.
Arthur (Edith) Waggoner of To-
ledo, Ohio.
Private service was held on
Tuesday from the Hopper -Hockey
Funeral Howie, Exeter, and was
conducted by Rev. G. Strome of
Crediton. Burial was in Crediton
cemetery.
