Market's Abattoir
Gets, Top Rating
Department of Health and Wel-
fare, Ottawa, has given top
rating to the abattoir of Fink's
Meat Market, Exeter.
Report on, a recent inspection
of the north-end slaughter house
classes it, as in "excellent" con-
dition of cleanliness. This is the
highest standard provided in the
department's regulations.
The inspection 'service was in-
augurated several years ago 'to
safeguard the public against un-
sanitary conditions in meat.pro-
cessing establishments.

200 have been distributed from
this office,
Several farmers in the county
have made inquiries concerning
1957 seed grain. This is a wise
move as good seed may be in
short supply because of the pdor
harvest season in 1956.
