chalked up in the Men's Bowl-
ing league this past week.
The Rural Rollers, Ringers
and Windmills each picked up
their full quota of points from
their opposition.
Canners, behind Bill Haley's
639 triple, took five of a possible
seven points from the league
leading Windmills who boast a
15-point lead in first place.
Jack Fuller's .724 triple spark-
ed the Kinjacks to a 4-3 verdict
over the Tradesmen while the
Whizz Bangs gained an extra
point from Canada Packers,
Ken Hockey rolled the high-
est triple of the week with a
746 followed closely by Eric

Willing Workers' Evening Auxili-
ary of James St. United Church
were installed by Rev. II. J.
Snell at the January meeting in
the .2hurch parlors on Monday
evening.
Mrs. Arthur Rundle presented
the study on. the Philippines and
Indonesia, A New Year meSsage
was given by Miss Ella Link.
Mrs. Andrew Hamilton, con-
vener of the group who arranged
the program, presided, and was
assisted in the devotional by Miss
Mary Van Camp and Mrs. An-
drew Dixon. Mrs. A. 0. Ellicott
contributed a solo and Betty
Dixon a piano solo.
Mrs. Ralph Batten, 1956 presi-
dent, presided for the business
when annual reports were given, PLASTIC QUIK-BANDS, reg. 750
by the various secretaries. Mrs.
W. Witmer, new president, con-
ducted the closing exercises.

ule thia year that will run until
February 18. •

games for 4 points; AA games
for 2 points and BB games for

in the first Pee Wee game by the
score of 4-2. Marksmen for the

In the second game the Flashes
and Panthers battled to a 3-3
tie. Mike Cushman was a two
goal man,for the Flashes While
Bob McDonald netted the single
tally. Panther goals were regis-
