BY-LAW for carrying out certain Provisions of the Act 12 Vic-
toria, chapter 81. prop'tratury re' the first Elections to be held
under the said Act.

pal Council was held nn the 2nd, 5th and 6th days, of October,
1519, for carrying.,•ut the intentions of certain 0100005 therein:
Be it enacted by the Warden and Melee:pal Council of the D.e-
tnet of Huron in Special Meeting a,;senible'l, in pursuance of
the pee err vested in them by the said Act, It Victoria, chap-
ter 81, And it a hereby enactor! by tho authority of the name,
