At the business period it was agreed to donate $25.00 to the Wingham General Hospital, also a donation of flower containers are to be sent, $5.00 to the Institute for the Blind and $5.00 to the Children’s War Memorial Hospital, at London. It was decided to purchase a hot plate; It was reported that a new tea kettle had been pur­ chased, and that the new curtain for the Forester’s Hall had been made and installed. Thg annual concert to be held in the New Year was discussed. Mrs, Harold Procter was to send cards to all the sick and shut-ins, in the community. Mrs. Earl Anderson conducted a Christmas contest, and lunch was served by Mrs. W. Armstrong, Mrs. G. Michie and Mrs. Earl Anderson.
