Morris Township Council Meets The Morris Township Council met in the halj pn May 3rd,, 1954, with all the members present except Wil­ liam EJston who was ill. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted on motion of Stewart Procter and Walter I reed. J Shortreed-Duncan—That the bprship fee of $15.00 to the ’County Municipal Association be paid: Carried. Duncan-Shortreed—That Addison Fraser be paid $75.00 on his 1954 sal­ ary and that his expenses to the As- Short- mem* Huron sessorg’ Convention be paid; Carried, i There, were no appeals on the Messey Drain. Procter-Duncan—That By-Law No. 6, 1954, known as the Messer Drain' By-Law be finally passed, Carried. Shortreed-Procter—That the road bills as presented by the road sup­ erintendent be paid. Carried. Duncan-Shortreed—That the meet­ ing adjourn to meet again on June 7, at 1 p,m, Carried.
