ATurnover at Election The municipal election contest in Blyth on Monday ..was one of the mast keenly contested in many years, the culmination of employing Messrs Mogg and Quinlan as valuators and assessors by the council of this yean The vote was a distinct rebuke on the 1940 council as not one of them, with four in the running was able to regain their seat at the board.
