BEND 6 p,m. p.m. A troupe of European acrobats brought along with them, to “support” them in their U.S. circus tour, a 66-foot tapered aluminum tower. Atop this ro tates a 26-foot, motor-driven ladder, on which they go through their aerial routine. If we were in their tights, we know we’d make darn sure that everything holding us up was plenty strong. No doubt that’s why they chose aluminum. Plus • the fact thajt this light metal would make much easier work of erecting the ’contraption. We’re pleased that they, like so many other people, found just what they wanted in this light, strong, versatile metal. ALUMINUM COMPANY OF CANADA, LTD. (ALCAN) Drill Twelth Rock Well For Creditor!
