He had been in poor health for some months. He was a son of the late James Keyes. He had lived in Mitchell for the past 16 years. He was a member of Main Street Uni­ ted Church, Mitchell, and of the Orange Lodge. % Surviving are his widow, liis mother, Mrs, Emily E. Parker, Hensall three brothers, Burton, Toronto, Russell and Robert, Mitchell, one sister, (Muriel) Mrs. Edgar Cudmore, Usborne, and one half brother, Harold Parker, Hensall. Private funeral services were held in the Heath funeral chapel, Mitchell on Wednesday. Inter­ ment was in Bayfield cemetery.
