On Monday afternoon, Mrs. Lloyd Thomson entertained a number of girls in honor of Anne's eleventh birthday. Games were played on the lawn and a birthday supper was served. Guests present were: Marion and Sharon Thomson, Veryl Hooper, Norma, Elston, Helen Harlton, Winnie Harlton, Elaine Spence, Hazel Hern and Gail Rinn. 30th 'Wedding Anniversary On Friday evening, Mr. and Mrs. William Jones entertained 60 guests in honer of the thirt- ieth wedidng anniversary of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James B. Bryan. At seven o'clock they sat down to a wedding dinner served on the lawn. A program consisting of recitations, solos and SpeecheS •followed. Mr. Jack Bryan was for the evening.
