'Held for the first time last year, the Festival has already spotlighted the district as the bean centre of the province. Kins- men have participated in nation- wide television and radio inter- views in attempts to promote more use of beans and to publi- cize the festival. Activities in the arena this year will be staged on the new cement floor laid last month by Kinsmen with the aid of volun- teers from the area.
