BUehlow,, pastor, performed the .ceremony. and organ music was played 'by Berne McKinley, Zorich. ltir, and Mrs. Hollice Stock, brother and sister-in-law of the bride, :sang a duett. The 'pride, give in marriage, by her father, wore a floor -length gown of silk pongee styled on princess lines with a sweetheart neckline. The full 'buoffant skirt featured a lace panel trimmed with seed pearls and burgle 'beads. A coronet ;headdress held her finger-tip veil of allusion nylon and she carried a white fan with coral gladioli and ivy Miss Gladys Chapman, Kippen, sister of the 'groom„ was maid of honor, while Miss Grace Stock, New Hamburg, sister of the bride and; Miss Beatrice Eisler, Mitch- ell, werre bridesmaids. Miss Chapman wore a waltz - length dress of blue figured ny- lon net over taffeta, styled with tightly fitted bodice and full skirt with matching jacket and head- dress. She carried a blue fan.:with coral shade gladioli. The brides- maids wore gowns of nile green nylon crystalette and coral figure nylon net over •taffeta respective- ly, styled •identically to that of the maid of honor. They also car- ried .matching fans. The flower , girl, .Miss Patsy Baggett, Stratford, wore a floor - length :gown of gold taffeta with matching bonnet and ,mittens and carried a matching fan. The best matt was Donald Stock brother of the bride. Ushers were Murray McNain, Am'berley, and Grant McLean, Kippen. Receiving guests at the New Hamburg Community Hall Mrs. Stock was dressed Ia n mink taffeta complemented with coral access- ories and a shoulder 'corsage of coral carnations. The groom's mother wore black ..and white taffeta .with black and •-pink ac- cessories. Her corsage was of pale pink carnations. When they return -from a`wed- ding trip to Quebec, the couple will take up residence in Bramp- ton. The ,bride's travelling ensem- ble was a navy linen suit with navy and white accessories. The bride is a 1955 graduate of Stratford General Hospital School of Nursing and the groom is a 1952 graduate of .Stratford Teachers College. Kippen Institute Assists Festival At the Kippen East Womens Institute meeting .. held at ' the home of Mrs. Charles Eyre Wed- nesday August 17, members plan- ned to enter their float repre- senting "Home and Country" at the Ontario Bean Festival to be held here Labor Day. This float won second prize at Seaforth Old Boys Reunion recently. They will also have a booth at the festival at which will be sold home made aprons and candy.
