Friday, August 5, when Doro-
thy Elaine, daughter of Mr, end
Mre. Frederick Charles ]deer, was.

can McArthur, son Of Mr, and
Mrs. Ralph L, MeArthur, of Win-
nipeg. The candlelight ceremony
was performed by the Rev. W. J.
Rogers, of Lynwood, formerly of
Hensall. Miss Greta La'mmiea
church organist, provided tradie

panied the soloist, ,Mr,. Grant Mc-
Donald, of Exeter, who=sang "The
Lord's Prayer" and "The Wed-
ding Prayer,"
Given in marriage by her lath

nylon net with inserts of lace
over taffeta and lace Jacket, Her
finger-tip veil was held in paace
with a tiny beaded pill box. Oa
her white prayer took were gar-
denias and white Ipom pours.
Mrs. John Beer was matron -of -
honor and wore sapphire blue net
with matching jacket, a blue fee-
ther bandeau 'trimmed with dia-
mente, The bridesmaid was Miss
Carolyn ?billies, of Toronto, in
Pink tiered lace and net over tat -
feta and pink curled feather pill
box. They carried nosegays of
pink and white flowers with
streamers to match their gowns,.

man and the ushers were Mr..

A reception was held In the
church parlors,. The mother of
the bride wor8` a, floor length.

of the groom's mother, Mrs. P.

the groom's father, Mr. Ralph L.
McArthur, of Winnipeg and oth-
ers from London, Detroit, Ham-
ilton, Toronto and Moose Jaw.
'The bride and groom left 011 a
honeymoou to Winnipeg and
paints west. For travelling the
bride chose a pink linen sheath
dress with white accessories and
corsage of pink and white roses.
They will' reside in Moose Jaw
where the groom is stationed with
the Royal Canadian Air Force.
