C peek -Up
There was a bit of a wait in
the dentist's office. We had fol-
lowed four boys, of the restless
age, into the waiting room so the
wait was by no means dull.
Number one boy was fairly
composed, number two and three,
immersed in .giggles, but number
four sat stiff-backed as if wait-
ing for a .call to doom, We saw
the story. Obviously he bad gath-
ered a few dight -hearted buddies
to his side to see <him through
this current trial.
The door from. inside opened
and a young lady of the same age
as the quartette stepped out,
Number one boy greeted her
while the others looked curiously
on.
"Did you get the drill?"
"Yup, and two needles."
"Does- it hurt? Let's see?"
She declined, 'however, to open
her mouth an inch but shrugged
aside and departed. The lady in
the white uniform !poked her
head out art 'the boys and called
Jim.
Number four boy froze then
relaxed with relief as one of the
others disappeared inside. The
other two decided to step outside
for a breath of air.
tions were used. •
For the wedding ceremony the
bride wore •a white nylon dress,
white sequin -trimmed hat and
corsage of red roses. For travel-
ling topoints in Ontario the bride
donned a navy costume with
white accessories.
The bridal couple will make
their home in Exeter.

Of Rest
It's dandy for resting
And lolling .alboat
Retreat when you aren't feel-
ing chuanmy,
Far dozing, a hammock
Is hard to replace,
'Til you try to turn on your
(tummy.
You can shift just a +bit,
If you balance it right,
'You can eat if the ,food isn't
crummy, .
But one lusty sneeze
Makes a rough sdrt of sea
And a laugh ends -in chaos,
not funny.
Thus it remains
For the sad and the still
For the thoughtfully calm is
the hammock.
Not for the addict
Who's dizzy with swings
And yearns for a rest on his
stomach.
