Planswere made for a picnic and for the July meeting when they .meet with the W.M.S. Y.P.U. Play Ball Young Peoples' met at the school Monday evening, A ball game was played .before the meet- ing. Shallow water at Grand Bend severely fractured the neck of a London youth Sun- day. The youth, J. Ralph Leonard, now employed in Toronto, is in. Victoria Hospital, ,London, where his condition is reported as not critical. • The youth took the head -first dive off the ramp en the beach just south of Lakeview Casino. A companion, Marshall Clinger, also of London, pulled the flound- ering victim onto the beach, Emergency treatment was giv- en by Dr. V. IGulens, Dashwood, and Dr. S. V. Auren, of Ann Arbor, Mich.
