Call All Players
To Ball Workouts
A .call for all ball players to
try out for the Exeter Legion Mo-
hawks Intermediate "'C" team
was issued this week by Manager
Jim Fairbairn, who says all po
sitions are open.
Practices were resumed over
the weekend and Tuesday night.
The local club will feature
home-brew talent this year with
the exception of Steve Mitro and
Bob Me'harg, members of last
year's team, from London.
Manager Fairbairn, who is also
president of the Huron -Perth
Baseball League, said Tuesday
Clinton Radio would not be enter-
ing a team this season. This
leaves only five of the eight clubs
in the loop and will probably
mean a double schedule.
