Lake Huron zone at the festival.

"Overlaid" was judged best of
three plays presented by Meni-
bets of the club at a drama night,
this winter. It was directed by
Cecil Porter,
Criticism of the performance
Monday night' was part of the
program for the first meeting of
the newly-forMed club. Mrs, Ar-
thur Whilsmith, president of the'
group, conducted the meeting.
Mrs. N. D. Knox, who has had
considerable drama experience in
Toronto,. presented the mono-
logue "Ojistoh" by B. Pauline
Johnsen.

Stage" which depicted the pro-
duction of a one -act play,

every two weeks. No membership
fee will be charged until the fall.
