What do you eat for lunch and dinner? Bread, meat, potatoes? No wonder you’re constipated; you probably don’t get enough “bulk.” And “bulk" doesn't mean the amount you eat. It means the kind of food that forms a soft “bulky" mass in the bowels.,It’s this mass that helps a bowel movement. The common sense thing to do about it is to eat a natural laxative food. Kellogg’s All-Bran for breakfast will give you just the “bulk” you need. And it gives you, in addition, Nature’s great intestinal-tonic, vitamin B,. Eat this crunchy toasted cereal every day, drink plenty of water, and life will be brighter for youj All Bran is made by Kellogg in London, Ontario.
