Farrier cele­ brated their thirtieth Wedding An­ niversary at their home in Wawanosh on Christmas Day. They were married in 1906 at their present home by Rev. W. A. Finlay, formerly of the Whitechurch circuit, and have lived ever since in this com­ munity.. Th6 family and guests numbered about thirty, who partook of a sump­ tuous Christmas dinner. A toast to the bride and bridegroom was proposed, to which Mr. Farrier fittingly replied. A very pleasant and enjoyable time was spent, the host and hostess re­ ceiving many congratulations and at­ tractive gifts. PLAYERS PICKED TEAM BY BALLOT O.ILA. Xmas enterainment which wa<s held on Wednesday night, Dec­ ember 23rd, was well attended and a good program was provided by the chidren. Since last writing Mrs. Wm. Hayes, has passed away. She died on Tues­ day of last week. The funeral was private to Gorrie Cemetery.’ ori Thurs­ day. The sorrowing friends have the sympathy of the neighborhood.!
