Miss Jean Herd has left for Tor onto, where she has secured a posi tion. The Missionary meeting with 12 in attendance was held at the Manse Wednesday afternoon, also some quilting was done. The ladies had a social chat as is the women’s, way. When night came on the quilt was there to be finished up next day. ASHFIELD THEY GOME BACK FOR BRAY CHICKS ' YEAR AFTER YEAR WHEN a man buys 200 Bray Chicks— And takes 204 out of the chick boxes— And raises 201— One more than he paid for— And the 201 suit him “right down to the ground”— What happens? Well, naturally, he writes (as did this customer at Hannon, Ont.): “I. was certainly well pleased, so will you send me this year's price list. I hope to have the same good luck this Spring.” And, ordering BRAY chicks again, he can very properly expect the same “good luck”. For, after all, it isn’t good luck. It’s good, man agement. Bray Chicks are bred and hatched to behave that way. There’s no reason why they shouldn’t* do it for YOU, too. Order yours today, and see if they don’t. Fred W. BRAY Limited CHICK HATCHERY A. C. SCIENCE ADVISES AGAINST MEALS LOW IN NEEDED “BULK" Reports All-Bran Supplies This Dietary Adjunct Scientific tests have shown that meals which miss the proper “bulk” tend to cause common constipation. This condition causes discomfort, and may lead to headaches, loss of appetite, even serious disease. Avoid these faulty meals by add ing Kellogg’s All-Bran to your menus. It supplies generous “bulk” in convenient form. This absorbs moisture, and gently exercises and cleanses the system. All-Bran also furnishes vitamin B and con tains iron. The “bulk” in All-Bran is often more effective than that found in fruits and vegetables as it does not break down within the body. Two tablespoonfuls daily are usually sufficient. If not relieved this way, consult your doctor. Kellogg’s All-Bran may be served as a cereal with' milk or cream. Sprinkle over soups, salads or other cereals. Or cook into ap petizing muffins, breads, waffles; etc. It adds a delicious nut-sweet flavor to your recipes. How much better than taking oatent medicines—sometimes harm ful! All-Bran is sold by all gro cers. Made by Kellogg in London, Ontario. 6—Lucknow at Colborne. 6—St. Helens at Auburn. 8— Dungannon at Blyth. 9— Whitechurch at Lucknow. 10—Colborne at St. Helens. 14—Auburn at Blyth.
