Young People proved pretty powerful in their "Powder
Puff" football encounter with Middleton Church "Angels"
at CUSS grounds, Clinton, Saturday afternoon. The Clin-
ton-based girls lambasted the Goderich Township lassies
18-0, on two touchdowns by Jeannette Kuipers, and one by
Sophia- Hoogendoorn. The three attempts at conversion by
Cobie Arnsing were unsuccessful.
Teams lined up as follows:
MIDDLETON ANGELS: Janice Pepper, Cindy Mid-
dleton, Elaine Brochu, Chris Wise, Diane Wise, Tammy
Thurlow, Trina Connolly, Lori Deller, Faith Renner.
CHRISTIAN REFORM KITTENS: Jeannette Kuipers,
Sophia Hoogendoorn, Dorothy Valkenberg, Ruth Coiclough,
