Physical Fitness that's a
phrase which has been kicking
around for awhile. At St.
Joseph's School we're going to
try to make it meaningful, The
whole school from kindergarten
to grade, eight are trying to par-
ticipate, and that includes
teachers.
We have set out a 1/12 mi.
track on the property which we
will jog at recesses and lunch
hours. Each person sets a per-
sonal goal and tries to jog it
every day. We will record the
numbers of laps done and in
June, we will total them to see
how far St. Joseph staff and
students are willing to go to
became physically fit.
