IN THE MATTER OF an application by the Corporation of the
Village of hayfield for approval to expropriate land com-
monly celled and known as the "River Fiats" located on the
North shore of the hayfield River, In the Village of hayfield,
County of Huron, Province of Ontario In accordance with
The Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, 9.352, ss,47 &

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that application has been made for the
approval to expropriate the above land described as follows:
Part of the south part of Lot '2, hayfield Concession, Township of
Goderich, now In the Village of hayfield (and commonly known as the
River Flats) being all that part• shown es Part I on Reference Plan 22R
Number 219, dated the 28th day of February, 1974 and deposited In the
Registry Office of the County of Huron on the 29th day of February,
