Global Television Network
starts telecasting on January 6,
1974, with a special launch day
program which includes the
television premiere of the,
Canadian feature film 'Enuff is
Enuff', starring Dominique
Michel and Jean Lefebvre.
The film, dubbed into
English for Global, follows an
English-Canadian family -- the
parents, two boys, and a dog --
in their trailer as they travel
across a Canada with nine
French-speaking provinces! As
they journey from Quebec City
to Vancouver, they undergo a
series of hilarious and
outrageous slapstick adven-
tures.
The language barriers, and
consequently comic situations
the family finds themselves in,
result in an amusing and
satirical picture of Canada — a
humorous look at Canadians
with a reverse language
problem.
Originally titled 'J'ai Mon
Voyage', directed by Denis
Herouit and produced by
Claude Heroux, the film
generated more than $11,750,000
at the bolt office in Quebec
alone and enjoyed art extended
run in Prance.
Olobal will be showing
Canadian feature film every
week in prime time a first for
a Canadian network -- and A
first-time exposure for over 36
Quebec films on an English
language network,
Area views can watch chtin-

On behalf of residents and staff of HuronView, I
would like to say a heartfelt "Thank you" to all
the people of Huron County and surrounding
communities who came to Huronview during 1913
either in groups or individually to entertain, take
part in activities with, or visit residents,
You can have no Idea how much this giving of
your time and talent means to folks here.
Everyone likes to hear from people "back home"
and for some of our residents you are their only
link with the old community.
Again, thank you and a Happy New Year.
