By Jasmin Roth, Press Reporter
On Saturday, Nov. 1 the Grey 4-H
Christmas Crew met at leader
Monique Baan’s house then
travelled to the Seaforth and Area
Food Bank for a tour led by
volunteer Angeline Swart.
After a tour of the facilities and an
explanation of how the food bank
operates, the club members
volunteered their time by cleaning
the food bank and helping to stock
the shelves. They headed back to
Monique’s again for lunch.
The next part of the meeting
consisted of baking glazed butter
cookies. Members were split into
two groups.
Next they had a group
brainstorming session to prepare for
the achievement day on Nov. 29.
