Activation staff will work in the Activation Department to enhance the
quality of life for the residents through Restorative Care and in a
recreational capacity. Minimum Diploma in Recreation and Leisure studies
or Diploma/Degree in Therapeutic Recreation majoring in Gerontology.
Restorative Care training and experience an asset.
Huronlea Home for the Aged is one of Huron County’s municipal homes,
providing health services for people who can no longer live independently
in their own homes and need nursing and personal care 24 hours.

Test Shoppers
The Huron County Health Unit is currently recruiting youth between the ages
of 15-17 years old, to be Test Shoppers to work after school, weekends,
and/or during school breaks. As a Test Shopper you will work with Tobacco
Enforcement Officers to ensure that tobacco retail outlets ask for I.D. and
refuse to sell tobacco to those under the age of 19.
Applications will be accepted until 4:30 pm, October 10th, 2008. See
