(Shawn Loughlin photo) Locals take the cake, and win, at Brussels Fall Fair Parade This year’s Brussels Fall Fair parade was stocked with attractions. Both Brussels Public School and Grey Central Public School students marched in the parade along with firefighters, local businesses and politicians and anyone who wanted to ride and wave to the people of Brussels.
