On March 1 at approximately 11p.m. a 35-year-old Morris-Turnberry man was driving a friend’s 1998 Ski- doo on trail B-109 just outside Blyth. The male was driving too fast, lost control and struck several trees. He suffered serious but non-life- threatening injuries.The driver provided two samples of his breath to a qualified Breathalyzer Technician prior to being transported to London for Surgery. Huron OPP officers suspected the driver was impaired. The results confirmed that the driver was overtwo times the legal limit of 80 milligrams of alcohol. He will appear in Goderich court on May 15 to answer to one count of Impaired Driving. Young soloists Brussels Skating Club’s solo demonstration day was held on Thursday night.
