The Evening Group of the
Belgrave United Church Women
met at the home of Sheila Nixon on
Tuesday, Feb. 5 with Pat Hunking in
charge of the meeting.
Mrs. Nixon opened the worship
with a call to worship and prayer.
Her theme was Living Today and
the hymn, This is the Day, was sung.
The scripture was Matthew 6.
Her meditation stressed the
importance of being content with
what you have for living today, and

dedicated. Mrs. Nixon then read the
poem, Salutation to the Dawn.
