It was decided to use the money raised at the bake sale last month to' buy new tables for the Church basement. It was also decided to hold future meetings on the, third Thursday of each nionth. The chapel length veil with matching appliqued flowers was held by a wedding ring head­ piece. She carried a cresent of red roses with a white satin bow. Attendants of the bride wore her sisters, Margaret Brand was matron of honour. Susanne Boyle was bridesmaid. They wore identical empire style floor-length gowns of gold peau de souie with boat necklines. For a wedding trip the bride donned a blue wool suit with beige accessories and her cor­ sage was of red roses. OBITUARY Mrs., Robert Allan of Bruce- field died Monday, December 18, at Clinton Public Hospital ‘ in her 81st year. She was the former Ann Isabella Petrie, and is survived by one son Robert P. of Brucefield; one daughter Mrs. Murray (Betty) Squire of Sarnia; one brother, Andrew of Seaforth; one sis­ ter Violet of London, and four - grandchildren, Her husband predeceased her November 25. Public funeral service was held from Bonthron Funeral Home, Wednesday, December 20, con­ ducted by Rev. D. E. Stuart. Interment was in Baird Cem« etery. Clinton Personals Reg. Mrs. Robert Taylor gave a report on the bazaar the ladies of this local held in November. Appreciation and thanks on be­ half of the members to all the ladies for their very success­ ful effort, were expressed by President Dave Martens. Discussion period centered- on the number of resolutions presented each year to the con­ vention and ways to eliminate repetition. The Local is to meet next on January 9, 1968. Squirt In Kinsmen Squirt hockey action last week, Neil Colquhoun scored five goals to spearhead the Purples in a 9-2 victory over the Whites. The Health Insurance Registration Board has been set up by the Province to act as an agency for both OMSIP and Ontario Hospital Insurance. Hl RB will be the central registration office which will handle enrollment, billings and premium collections, and answer inquiries ■about Ontario’s medical or hospital insur­ ance plans. OMSIP and Ontario Hospital Insurance will continue to provide their present cov­ erage.
