LONDESBORO - A pleasant
evening was spent recently at
the home of Bill and Mary Man
ning when a group of friends
from Brucefield, Kippen and
Clinton gathered to surprise
them on the occasion of their
35th wedding anniversary.
Entertainment \was made up
of music, cards and showing
eblored slides of their happy
times together in Florida and
other trailer parks in Ontario.
Lunph was served and a lovely
gift presented.
The family later gathered on
Sunday at the Seaforth Park.
Gail and Harry Lear, Danny
and David and June and Stan
Johns, Steven, Richard and Lisa
were among those present,

Master Greig Andrews of
Toronto, who spent the past two
months with his grandparents,

Mr. Bruinsma gave his daugh
ter in marriage. She wore a
traditional floor—length gown of
white satin with a fitted waist-. ■
line, long lily-point sleeves,
and a full skirt which fell grace-
fully to a short train, A cir
cular headpiece of standup pet
als and tiny pearls held her
shoulder length veil. She car
ried a crescent of red roses,
white stephanotis, and trailing
ivy.

headpiece of matching yellow
lace. She carried a nosegay ■
of yellow baby mums.

For a wedding trip to New
York State and Niagara Falls,
the bride wore a two-piece
dress-spit in brown and white
with beige accessories and a
corsage of red roses,
Mr. and Mrs. D. F. Corri
veau are residing at 61 Ellen
Street, Kitchener.

Bruinsma, brother of the bride,
and Hans Vander Veen, brother-
in-law of the groom. Ushers
were Cecil Bruinsma and Bill
Ott.
