Lady luck condones to frown
on the Clinton Junior
Mustangs last week as more in-
juries were added to injuries.
The Mnstangs learned this
week that star forward Pave
McClure will probably be out
for the season with a knee ire-
jury.
Last week, the Mustangs, lost
the cervices of Brian and Barry
Lane when they were ruled
ineligible by the league. Mike
Aostett is still out with a knee
injury and aeveral players have

ton Bantams edged Goderich 2-

one assist. J. McMahan scored
two goals, T. Hart got one goal
and two assists. Single goals
went to Galachuck and Carter.
D. Proctor got two assists
and Merner a single.
D. Taylor scored for Hensall
in the fast min. of the game.
Clinton was the host to
Seaforth Saturday Dec, 15 when
Clinton ended the game with a
score of 7-1.
A. Taylor scored the first
goal of the game at 3:03 of the
first period assisted by J.
McMahon. J McMahon came
back and scored the second
goal unassisted. •
J. Hart started off the second
period when he scored at 1:53
assisted by P. Thompson and J.
Flyers tramp
Mustangs goals in the last
several games.
Up from the midgets are
Steve Cook, Jamie Thompson,
Neil Colouhoun, and OW 1r,
win.
Goal scores last Sunday
night were Brian Kennedy and
Paul Johnson.
The Mustangs, who are still
in second place in the league,
travel to Tavistock to face the
Braves . tonight and Sunday
night they. host the tough Mit;
chell Hawks in Clinton.
McMahon, Seaforth's first and
only goal was scored by .3,

Thirty-six minutes of Clin-
ton's playing time was used up
in the penalty box, while
Seaforth's penalties totalled
nihe minutes.
Credit should go to the
goalies Derek Divok and Dave
Bird for their fine playing.
Last Monday, Clinton beat
Zurich 6-2.

the game I-1 for Clinton. Proc-
tor and B, Roy with two goals
each and A. Taylor one goal
and three assists were the
scorers. J. McMahon and D.
Proctor got two assists and a

The Clinton Midgets handed
the Seaforth midgets a 8.2
defeat last Saturday as the
Clinton team showed a great
deal, of talent can. all fronts,.,-
Greg Butler scored a hat
trick, while, Mike Gibbings
scored two and singles went to
Dave Counter, John Feeney
and Steve Cook,
