Given in marriage by her
parents, the bride wore a
gown she fashioned herself.
It was made of white crepe
with a high rise bodice,
panelled front, and chapel
train. Dainty tucks on the front
bodice and the top of the long
set in sleeves were set off
with Guipure lace trim, Her
hair was caught back by a
floral headpiece with trailing
flowers and she carried a round
posy bouquet of white car-
nations orange delight roses,
white divinity daisies caught
with gold and orange loops.
Mrs. Mae Boldus of
Strathroy, sister of the bride,
was matron of honor and Mrs.
Eileen Moerbeek, friend of the
bride, and Miss Linda Langen-
doen, sister of the groom, were
attendants, They were dressed
alike in long gowns of orange
dotted white swiss over soft
orange, fashioned with high
rise bodices, and full sleeves
with velvet ribbon trim ending
in tight cuffs. All had white
daisies in their hair and carried
round posy bouquets of white
divinity daisies and blue star
flowers taught with gold and
orange loops.
Mark Harris of Stratford,
friend of the groom, was groom-
small and ushers were Tim
Bylsma of Clinton, brother of
the bride, and Bob Stephenson
of Clinton, friend of the groom.
Following the wedding, a
reception was held in St. An-
drew's Presbyterian Church
