FRANCIS ALDINGTON Photo by Ron Crich Page 22 et a t k Ciiik elf Married in Kitchener St. Timothy's United Church, Kitchener, was the setting for the marriage of Edith Marlene Criclt and Francis John Aldington on August 10, 1973, Rev. E. E. Kent officiated at the double ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of MrS. Margaret Crich and the late Wilbert Crich of R.R. 1, Clinton. The groom is the son of Mrs. Edith Aldington and the late John Aldington, Vic- toria Street, Clinton. The bride, given in marriage by her brother, Arnold Crich of Gordon Street Clinton, chose a long-sleeved floor-length gown of white and blue lace with blue lace trim and she wore a picture hat and carried a single long-stemmed rose. Miss Donna Smith was maid of honor. She wore a floor-length turquoise blue dress with pink trim and she also wore a picture hat and carried a bouquet of white daisies. Angela and Sylvia Crich, nieces of the bride were flowergirls. They were dressed identical to the maid of honor and carried baskets of soft , white daisies. The groomsman was Rov Crich of Tavistock, brother of the bride, A dinner was held at the Breslau Hotel for the im- mediate family and a reception' followed at the Tavistock Legion Hall, where the bride's mother received the guests in a deep rose dress of polyester crepe with silver accessories and a white rose corsage. The groom's mother wore a multi-colored dress of polyester crepe with white accessories and a pink rose corsage.
