Owing to the rainy weather,
Colts lose
one hitter
Despite an outstanding
display on the mound, when
Clinton Colt pitcher Brad
Dutot threw a one hitter, Clin-
ton lost to Sarnia last weekend
in a tournament in Walkerton
by a 1-0 score.
The loss knocked Clinton out
of the tournament which was
eventually won by Corunna,
who beat Owen Sound 4-2 in
the final game. r
The Sarnia run came in the
fourth when a Sarnia player
reached second on a two base
fielding error and then got to
third when Dutot gave up his
only hit of the day. The run
scored on a sacrifice fly.
Clinton took on Dashwood
last night at the Community
'Park and travel to Walkerton
this Sunday for their final
