FARM CLASSIFICATION
IN ONTARIO
The Honourable Wm. A. Stewart, Minister 'of
Agriculture and Food, has named an Advisory Com-
mittee "to study and make recommendations on the
feasibility of classifying farms, types of farms, or
farm operations and the application, of such a
system of classification to Ontario legislation affec-
ting farms or farm operations.
In order to provide an opportunity for individuals
and organizations to express their opinions on these
matters, a series of public meetings have been
arranged.
You are invited to present written briefs, or to make
oral representation at one of these public meetings.

went to Hensall Public School
for a short program°. Principal
Ron McKay welcomed
everyone and introduced Rev.
McDonald of Londesboro who
spoke briefly encouraging the
graduates to go on to school
and to try to live a good life as
beet as they can.
Herb Turlcheim, a member of
the School Board handed out
certificates of passing to the 29
students, Thirteen honour
students received silver dollars.
They were Janet Pryde, Tracey
'Turner, Tonett Mattuci, Ber-
nice 'Willem Tammy Baker,
Brenda Pepper, Beth Keys.
Deana Beburn, Betty , Lynn
Koehler, Bert Williams, Greg

The honour of having their
names put on the School
plaque for being the top
student went to Janet Pryde
and Doug Bell. Doug Pearson,
a grade 7 teacher, presented

cue held Friday, June 22nd.

the 1973-74 Kinette and Kin-
smen Executive.

The regular meeting of Am-
ber Rebekah Lodge was held in
the Lodge rooms with N.G.,
Mrs. Irene Blackwell, presiding
and assisted by V.G„ Mrs.
Aldeen Volland. It was repor-
ted that cards had been sent to
the sick and shut-ins.
It was decided to hold the
picnic with the Oddfellows and
Rebekahs and families at the
Hensel' park on July 15. A let-
ter was received from Goderich
inviting four officers from the
Lodge to attend a meeting in
September in Goderich, The
first meeting in September will
open with a pot luck lunch af-
ter the, meeting.
