NOTICE OF INTENTION TO
PASS BY—LAW NO. 10-1973
TAKE NOTICE that the
Municipal Council of The Cor-
poration of the Township of Tucker-
smith will take into consideration
the passing, and if approved, will
pass at its meeting to be held on the
29 day of May, 1973, at the hour of
8:30 o'clock in the evening at Huron
Centennial School, Brucefield, On-
tario, the following by-law.
1. A by-law for stopping up a
highway known as. ALL AND
SINGULAR that certain parcel or
tract of land and premises, situate,
lying and being in the Township of
Tuckersmith, in the County of
Huron and being all of that portion
of the unopened road allowance
lying to the east of Lot 36, Con-
cession 2 in the Huron Road Survey
and lying to the south of the produc-
tion westerly of the southerly limit
of the road allowance, lying im-
mediately to the south of Lot 35,
Concession 2, Huron Road Survey.
The Council will at the aforesaid
time and place hear in person or by
his counsel, solicitor or agent, any
person who claims that his lands
will be prejudicially affected by the
by-laws and who applies to be
heard,
The proposed by-laws and a plan
showing the unopened road
allowance being closed may be seen
at the office of the undersigned or at
the office of the Clerk at the Town-
ship of Tuckersmith.

TYNDALL: In Seaforth Com-
munity Hospital, Wednesday, May
9, 1973, Margaret (Brown) Tyndall
of Brucefield, beloved wife of the
late Murray Tyndall, in her 72nd
year. Survived by one sister, Mrs.
Lloyd (Sarah) Hayter of Lucan and
one brother W. James Brown, of
Seaforth. The funeral service was
held at l3ox Funeral Home,
Seaforth on Saturday, May 12 with
interment Baird's Cemetery,
Stanley Township.
HOY: At Clinton on Monday, May
14, 1973, William Edward Hoy of
Clinton in his 83rd year. Dear
father of Mrs. Murray (Phyllis)
Miller of Clinton; Mrs. George
(Ileen) bowson, of Hensall; Louis
and Gordon, of Clinton, Also sur-
viving are nine grandchildren and
eleven great•,grandchildren. The
