Would Your Farm Benefit
From A Farm Improvement Loan?
Good machinery helps farmers increase production, and cut
costs. Thousands of farmers across Canada are installing such
machinery today—-often aided by a Farm Improvement Loan.
Tractors, trucks and combines may be 'financed through Farm
Improvement Loans. So can the improvement of. farmhouses and
out-buildings; clearing of land, purchase of livestock, and the in
stallation of electricity and drainage systems.
Farm Improvement Loans are low in cost, too—five per cent
simple interest—and repayment can be made in easy instalments
according to seasonal income.
If you feel that your farm would benefit from a Farm Im
provement Loan, why not drop into the Bank of Montreal at
Exeter, and have a chat with Ted Shaw, the managed? He’ll wel
come the opportunity to discuss, in confidence, your particular
plaps and needs, and work out how an FJL and the B of ,M can
help you with your farm financing. (ady’t)
