Sorority
At axx executive meeting
day night, playoff rules
drawn up, and also some of the
other regulations clarified.
It was decided to have all
twelve teams in the playoffs,
with the league to be divided
into two groups, “A” and “B”.
The winners of each group will
play in the finals to decide the
league championship.
As to the starting time, the
executive decided that fifteen
minutes would be sufficient time
to wait before starting the
games if the opposition was
shorthanded. If they had started
the sixth frame befoi’e the op
position was at the required
strength, then they would auto
matically win the game. How
ever, if it was agreeable to both
teams, then the time limit could
be extended to more than fifteen
minutes.
Each team is to have six
regular players, with two sub
stitutes. If one or more players
move, quit, etc., then another
person can be taken on strength
with the approval of the presi
dent and secretary.
Mae Trites handed in hex* re
signation as secretary - treasure!
and Dot Hall was appointed to
take her place for the remainder
of the season.
