Judge T. M. Costello, in County
Court at Goderich, a w a r d e d
damages to the plaintiff for
$317.50 and costs.
The action arose out of an ac
cident on November 24, 19 47, on
the county road east of Crediton
in which automobiles owned by
the plaintiff and the defendant
were involved. The plaintiff
claimed stated damages of
116.15, including $300 for
and suffering, and $645 for
